As an investor, do I pay any fees or charges to Offplan Investor?
No. Our service is unique and different, as it is completely free of charge. As an investor you are charged NO FEES and NO COMMISSIONS at any stage of the purchase process, maximising the return on your investment to the full and minimising costs to you. The developer pays Offplan Investor a simple flat rate charge, usually a fraction of 1% of the property value.
Offplan Investor aim to make the reservation and purchase procedure as simple as possible for you and there are no fees or commissions to pay at any stage of the purchase process.

What happens after I register and am I obliged to buy?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to buy. Once you have registered, your profile details will remain securely and confidentially with Offplan Investor.You will receive an email confirming your user name and password which gives you access to your personal home page to view and reserve development opportunities on our website. Your password and user name should be kept safe and secure at all times.You can update your registered details at any time via the website. You have the right to have your details removed from our database. To do so log on, go to ‘update my profile’ section and click the ‘remove my details’ button and follow the on-line instructions.
In order to ensure that the transaction is completed smoothly and to time, Offplan Investor would encourage you to use a solicitor from our panel, who specialise in this type of transaction. Details and costs are available from us at time of reservation. However you are at liberty to use your own solicitor if you wish. We recommend in either case that you seek legal advice and services to help with your property purchases and with your investment strategy.
What kind of discounts can I expect buying from Offplan Investor?
Offplan Investor believe the net purchase price(rather than simply the level of percentage discount offered) should be the basis for assessment/evaluation as to whether the investment is right for you. Offplan Investor target 12-25% investment growth returns from its listed developments.
Absolutely. Portfolio purchasing is a key investment strategy for many investors. Some developers may have some restrictions on multipl purchases and Offplan Investor will inform you of the developer’s terms if you are considering buying several properties.
Offplan Investor aim to understand the type of investment needs that you have and to find development opportunities to match those needs - these may range across a number of property types for example urban regeneration projects, apartment complexes, individual houses and mixed use developments. Offplan Investor thoroughly researches all potential opportunities with only those believed to be suitable included. Only selected opportunities will be offered which Offplan Investor believe represent the type of investments you want.
The main focus of our property developments is residential, however some developments may be for mixed use. If you have an interest in commercial property opportunities please indicate on your personal profile page. We can then direct you to commercial property investment opportunities as they become available.

Register with us. Once registered you will have access to your own password protected personal investor pages on the web site. As soon as new opportunities matched to your needs profile become available, your personal pages will automatically be updated. Simply log on to view. Sign up for email alerts, which will remind and advise you of latest opportunities. We will occasionally, in addition send postal mailings to keep you up to date.
