These freehold properties generate an annual return and benefit from capital growth through contractual agreements not market reactions. All properties in this collection have full repairing leases putting the cost and onus on the tenant to maintain the property.

How this Investment worksInvestors apply for a share of this portfolio indicating the size of investment required. A £250 charge is made for this application irrespective of the size of investment required. When the fund is fully subscribed, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is formed to own and manage the portfolio. Investors will have 28 days following receipt of the LLP documentation to complete and forward investment payment. Investors are partners in the LLP with ownership and voting rights in proportion to the size of their investment. Investors contribute 50% of the gross value and Royal Bank of Scotland plc is providing a commercial loan for the other 50%. Over the course of the investment, income generated will be used to repay the loan. The LLP is managed by an appointed professional team; with solicitors to the LLP being Pannone LLP and accountants Booth Ainsworth. Investment in this fund is for a minimum of 5 years. After this initial period, investments can be sold, transferred or additional investments bought.
