The internet marketing team is headed by a professional marketer who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with over 20 years marketing experience.

This industry leading marketing process involves creating response advertising and e-mail campaigns on a daily basis, managing search marketing and a large investor database.  In addition to this there are many ad hoc responsibilities; from preparing market analysis and consultation with the major banks active in financing new developments to running investor exhibitions.

Jobs working with property developer clients

UK property investments are the stock-in-trade for Offplan Investor.  This function is headed by a professional property developer with over 30 years experience in developing investment property.

Offplan Investor is in regular contact with virtually all property developers in the UK.  Day-to-day functions include helping developers design developments in line with investor requirements, align pricing with market needs and managing the sales process.

Due to the geographical nature of this role, there are flexible working conditions to suit your lifestyle, and an opportunity to become an associate.  You will receive full support from the office and a ‘results driven’ payment structure.

Jobs working with property investor customers

Customer service while assisting clients buying investment property is a high priority at Offplan Investor.  When an investor reserves a property they may require a helping hand from the onset right through to exchange of contracts.

With 2-3 new off plan property releases every week, and many clients buying investment property for the first time, this job demands sound product knowledge based on facts of the development.  In addition to this, a good temperament to deal with investors, solicitors, valuers, developers on a daily basis is essential.
